Kenneth began serving Rosen Hotels & Resorts (RHR) as a triage nurse in 1998. Since then, he has climbed the ranks of the Rosen Hotels Healthcare Services department, now known as RosenCare. Not long after Kenneth’s promotion to Medical Center Administrator, he completed his Master’s degree in Health Services Administration at the University of Central Florida where he has served as an adjunct professor since 2012 in an effort to train up future health service administrators in excellence and with a different mindset.
Kenneth is now the Director of Health Services, responsible for serving the over 6000 covered lives. He spends his workdays involved in strategic planning, contracting, budgeting, community relations, quality assurance, program development, reporting, compliance programs, presentations, government relations, claims reviews, utilization review, and much more.
In 2012, Kenneth led a team in planning, designing and implementing a new 12,000 sq.ft. Rosen Medical Center, A Place for Healing and Wellness. Kenneth integrated physical therapy, digital x-ray, Dexascan, ultrasound, sleep studies, chiropractic care, dietetics, and a full fitness center into the Medical Center to comprehensively meet the patient’s needs onsite. These and many more cost-containment efforts have saved the RHR over $500 million since its inception. In 2024, Kenneth also became part of the RosenHealth team.
Years of cultivating relationships between Rosen Hotels & Resorts and the Central Florida healthcare community have allowed Kenneth to grow the Rosen Medical Center and RosenCare while improving patient access to health services. In 2019, RosenCare was asked to lead and manage the onsite health center and all the health services of a local Central Florida municipality. Kenneth and the RosenCare team saved this municipality nearly $6 million in their first year. They continue to strive towards providing the highest quality care at the most affordable price with the greatest amount of convenience for the patient not only for the RHR covered lives, but also those they care for in other public and private companies they serve through RosenCare.
Additionally, Kenneth serves on the planning team for the annual Rosen Hotels Health and Benefits Fair, he is a graduate of Rosen Hotels and Resorts Management Training Program and the Certified Leader Program. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
